Do you know all the bullshit about sistematic learning?
"Everyday 15-20 minutes would make it your habit" "Systematic is the key to success!"
No it is not! Same as "5 meals a day" or "glass of warer just afrer you wake up"

You know, the best what you can do is eat when you are hungry and drink if it don't make you feel full and heavy until noon.
For the same reasons study when you want to or have to, and if you start - do it right. It isn't haealthy to focus all your thoughts about such trivial things like eating, sleeping or pissing.
(I'm not talking about people with any disorders or diseases)

There are lots of things to thing about instead!

In my opinion nowadays we are so concerned about every aspect of our lifes, living in our small heads that in close future everyone will become control freaks which forget about real world.
Sometimes the best what we can do is just let it go.
Of cource growing up, personal development and acquiring new skills is good. Personaly, I'm trying to life my best life too - eat healthyier and more often that one meal in two days or... weaking up erlier than 12pm. But you know, not be in the strange conviction that all this is so important - it is not.
 I hope you get what I want to share. Just be yourself and try to feel OK about what you're doing.
